Increasingly, many of our customers are asking us to manage their supply chain requirements from point of origin up to the point of sale which means real time information is a must!

Our warehouse management system, supplied by Optima enables us to provide our customers with on line visibility of stock data, and with the Just in Time concept increasingly strained as international commerce grows our customers are delighted with this level of accurate and timely information. Re ordering of products can then be completed confident in the knowledge that current stocks will not be exhausted within the lead time.

Our specialist pick and pack services, supported by RF technology, also provide our customers with comfort as order integrity is maintained to high performance levels. We can even produce invoices on behalf of out customers that accompany the delivery and for which the values can be transmitted back to our customers accounts systems.

Event Management

An increasing aspect of our service, we now manage seasonal promotional events for several high street retailers and also large volume suppliers. In some cases late production and shipment from the Far East can severely jeopardise planned events, we at LM have proven on several occasions that we can respond swiftly to this type of challenge and successfully protect the event ensuring the products is in store when and where required.

We are acutely aware of planned events being extremely sensitive to cost exposure, so at all times we work closely with the customer to ensure that every key factor is considered to ensure maximum use of container free time on quay, warehouse space, product demand and availability.
